Chef Yos Schwartz
Chef Yosef "Yos" Schwartz is a Le Cordon Bleu–trained chef who didn't just design The Fresh Diet's menus — he ran the kitchens. At the company's peak he oversaw six production kitchens across the country, responsible for cooking, plating, and delivering more than 5,000 fresh meals a day.
That's the perspective he brings to these reviews: he knows firsthand what it takes to get a genuinely good meal out of a commercial kitchen and to your door at scale — and exactly where services cut corners to do it.
