Chef Yosef “Yos” Schwartz is a Le Cordon Bleu–trained chef who didn't just design The Fresh Diet's menus — he ran the kitchens. At the company's peak he oversaw six production kitchens across the country, responsible for cooking, plating, and delivering more than 5,000 fresh meals a day.
